Bonnie Beutel was raised in the New York metropolitan area and went on to finish her degree at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. After graduation, she spent 12 years in retailing and marketing in the area and was an associate professor at her alma mater. In the early 80s, Bonnie moved across the Mississippi to Illinois where she acquired her real estate license in 1985 and worked for a Prudential real estate affiliate. She was recognized locally with annual awards for production and was consistently part of the top 3-5% of Prudential agents nationwide. Bonnie relocated to Santa Fe in the summer of 1996 and joined Santa Fe Properties in the Spring of 1998. While at Prudential, Bonnie acquired extensive training and experience in the area of relocation. She received certification from the top relocation companies in the U.S., qualifying her to be able to work with transferring executives and their families. In addition, Bonnie worked directly with several regional corporate accounts, including Shell Oil, Ralston-Purina, Southwestern Bell Telephone, and others as their sole agent to handle their inventoried properties.
