Will worked as a Marketing professional for 30 years, in creative branding and marketing strategy and holds an MBA in Environmental Enterprise. Over the last 12 years, Will collaborated with his wife and partner Kitty Hudson to build a successful interior and architectural design business, Design Alchemy Studio.
