The 2016 International Folk Art Market has gathered nearly 200 artists from more than 60 counties, and is expected to attract over 20 thousand visitors to what has become the world's largest art market. And just like every major community event in town, you'll find associate brokers from Santa Fe Properties.
Associate broker and fiber artist Kristin Rowley has worked at Folk Art Market since its inception. "It began with a bang and has amazingly gotten better and bigger with time," says Rowley. "It's truly remarkable how smoothly they've managed vendors and visitors from all over the world year after year."

This year's market touts 40 percent new artists, including more master artists and cooperatives then ever before. "Folk Art Market has grown into something special," believes associate broker Cristina Branco. "I'm African and Portuguese, so being in one place with so many talented artists from all over the globe makes me feel right at home." Branco helped kick off the Folk Art weekend last night on the plaza for Mamadou Kelly, as part of the Folk Art Market sponsored night of Bandstand on the Plaza.

There's something for everyone at Folk Art Market. "The art ranges from affordable to museum-quality," says associate broker and longtime market fan Susan Munroe. "There's so much to see, so much to buy. You're bound to find a piece that speaks to your home."
Enjoy Folk Art Market.
