We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time administrative assistant (Broker Services Specialist) to join our dynamic team!

We seek an individual with outstanding interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and collaborate with colleagues from different departments. You will deliver exceptional service, support, and resources to our Associate Brokers in this position.
As a member of our Broker Services team, your responsibilities will be varied and engaging. They include greeting clients, responding to emails, maintaining transaction files, and accurately entering data into multiple online platforms. You will also be responsible for preparing flyers and brochures, sorting incoming and outgoing mail, stocking supplies, and maintaining office equipment. You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support for our Associate Brokers.
To excel in this role, you need a strong grasp of information management, data entry, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Docs, file sharing, and Google Meet, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new technology and tools.
Compliance Specialist
We seek a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. The ideal candidate will ensure our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Core Responsibilities
- Discretion: Maintains strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Communication Skills: Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication, capable of training and coaching others.
- File Maintenance: Maintains meticulous transaction files.
- Transaction Oversight: Manages the real estate transaction management platform, ensuring all pending closings are tracked, workload and cash flow are calculated, and transaction details are accurately recorded.
- Documentation & Communication: Handles transaction documents, updates databases, and proactively communicates with Associate Brokers regarding any outstanding items required before closing.
