Sloping grassland with gentle slope to east. It is prairie with Juniper and piñon. There is an access road and well on the north end of the property, and it is a shared well. It showed excellent production when drilled. Seller is also providing electricity, but county will not allow us to install until a development permit is obtained. The County maintains the road to the existing dwellings and may be willing to extend maintenance and perform some improvements to the road when there is any new dwelling (please verify with the county if this is of material concern).
