Susan is a 4th-generation Santa Fean; her great grandfather settled in Santa Fe when the railroad was being established. He started Gross Kelly & Company, one of the first mercantile businesses in the area. Consequently, the art of buying, selling and bartering is in Susan’s blood. She knows Santa Fe like the back of her hand, and as a long-term resident she is very familiar with the community and its residents. Susan has been a licensed broker for over 35 years and due to that experience, she often knows of properties for sale before they hit the market. She is diligent and dedicated to her work.
