Located five miles in to the "BEAUTIFUL" Brazos canyon. This is really a mountain paradise surrounded by Ponderosa pines and gambel oaks. The deer and the turkey's visit daily and an occasional bear or two. The house is a log style home that has large living area with a fire place and large windows, so you can sit by the fire in the winter and watch it snow or in the summer you can look at the mountain scenery. The main floor has the Master bedroom and bath. The kitchen has Beautiful hardwood cabinets and a breakfast bar with a small nook you could put a kitchen table in. The living room is wide open with 20 foot ceiling. There is a laundry room next to the kitchen. There is a Mud room located next to the laundry room with a separate outside entrance. The upstairs has two more bedrooms with their own balconies. There is a bathroom in between the two bedrooms. New ceiling fans throughout the house. Outside there is a extra long two car garage. Hwy 512 is maintained year round for easy access. The HOA takes care of the roads throughout the rest of the complex. Fishing is walking distance from the property. Other summer activities are a short distance away. If you are winter sports person we have snow skiing and snowmobiling close by. Come enjoy the fun and beauty of the mountains. Santa Fe and Pagosa Springs are close by,​​‌​​​​‌​‌​​​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​ too.
