Kimberly Tallman Bradbury originally got her start in the real estate industry working in property management in Los Angeles during the 90s, helping those affected by the ’94 Northridge earthquake in the San Fernando Valley. This instinct to thoughtfully assist and source solutions facilitated her flexibility and connection with people and their homes.
She built her residential real estate career in Baltimore, Maryland, where she cultivated an appreciation for some of the best architecture in America, leading the Architectural Committee in one of North Baltimore’s most beautiful neighborhoods, Homeland.
Kimberly was raised in Rhode Island, where her family tradition of real estate first began. Her grandfather Fred was a talented broker with a great knowledge and understanding of the business, tempered by a terrific sense of humor. Homes, architecture and sales have always been part of the family conversation.
Kimberly also spent many years in the luxury wine business in both Southern and Northern California, serving as a wine buyer for Dean & Deluca, Wally’s and as a distributor Fine Wine Specialist with the Gallo Wine Company. The Los Angeles wine scene is where she met her husband, John, who currently works with the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta here in Santa Fe. Their son Jack is a sophomore in college in Florida.
Her love of New Mexico began decades ago, while visiting John’s family, who have deep roots in the Land of Enchantment. This family connection and commitment to Northern New Mexico and Santa Fe continue to abide.
Over the years, Kimberly has lived in Florida, Connecticut, California and Maryland, each contributing to her understanding of homes, land and people, and their relationships to each other. She enjoys traveling, hiking and exploring the diverse landscape of New Mexico, cooking, wine pairing and spending time at the family cabin in the Pecos.
