Shop from local farmers, and support the community. This event is free to the public, and happens year round! Stay comfortable with this indoor setting, while you browse for fresh produce that Northern New Mexico has to offer. Various root vegetables, microgreens, heirloom tomatoes and piles of fresh garlic are just a few options offered this time of year. Not only can you get your veggie fix, there are multiple meat venders around the market that are offering beef, lamb and free range eggs. The farmers market can be quite bustling when you arrive, so be sure to check out their website prior to see the full list of what is in season. Keep in mind, it is not 100% accurate as to what is being offered that day, so be flexible when making any sort of shopping list.
