Santa Fe Properties would like to recognize Sue Garfitt, winner of The National Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award. This award recognizes Realtors who have made a tremendous impact through volunteering and community outreach. Sue has been working with the Eldorado 285 Recycling Group to promote recycling to address the important issue of global warming. She has been working for over two years clocking in over 600 hours of community service. Santa Fe Properties would like to congratulate Sue for her amazing work and for bettering our community.

She gave us several options filled with activities depending on how adventurous you are feeling. Although we do encourage you to stay longer since there's so much to see and so much to eat!

ShowHouse Santa Fe 2018 is underway! With the theme being A World of Taste, the night of the Gala went stupendously! Santa Fe designers paired with 14 of Santa Fe's best restaurants and chefs to donate their favorite bites of food for the night of the gala! Each designer was given a room to redo and put their own flair on. With delicious food and a fun environment all proceeds go to Dollars4Schools! Money raised on the night of the Gala and money from Home Tour tickets bring new opportunities for our Public Schools and the students that attend. Wine and Chile, a can't miss event in the last week of September held at the Santa Fe Opera and Santa Fe Community Convention Center. Enjoy mouthwatering food and seemingly endless amounts of wine. Celebrate our entrance into Fall with Wine & Chile nothing gets better than that!

The 28th annual Wine and Chile fest will take place September 23rd through the 30th. This is a five-day event you will not want to miss, with over 90 national wineries and 75 of Santa Fe’s best restaurants all packed into one week. Started in 1991 what once started as a one day food and wine event slowly but surely has taken off. If you know anything about Santa Fe you know that the end of August and beginning of September is Fiestas! With so many parades, events and activities we will be your guide of what to do and what to eat all throughout Fiestas. Dating back to 1712, Fiestas de Santa Fe commemorates the reconquest of Don Diego de Vargas. Put on by the Fiesta Council every year, Fiestas is a long standing tradition. Fiestas start with the Novena masses, with a procession of La Conquistadora from The Cathedral to Rosario Chapel. Throughout the week nine masses are held. During Fiestas The Plaza is filled with tourists and locals waiting to celebrate all things Fiestas. Viva La Fiesta!
