Spring has officially arrived in Santa Fe and we're excited to get out and enjoy all that April has to offer. There are shows to see, classes to take and the beauty of Santa Fe to enjoy! Here is a list of a few of our event picks for April, what exciting things are on your calendar this month?

A trio of improv teams present a completely unscripted and unrehearsed show using words given to them by the audience. We’d tell you more, but we don’t know what they’ll do yet! Event is 18 and over, tickets are $15.

Payne's Free Spring Workshops

Ready to get to planting but not sure where to start? Join Payne's Nursery every Saturday though May for free Spring Workshops where you can learn all the ins and outs of gardening.

Food, Music, Kids Korner, Mini-Workshops, Family Fun, Fairy Garden Making Demos, Composting Tips & more will make for a very springy weekend! Join Payne's for their 16th Annual Spring Fiesta.

Slush Cup
April 14, 11am-3pm |  Ski Santa Fe
NM-475 all the way to the top of the mountain
Pond Skimming: fly down the mountain and skate across a pond of water in hopes of winning the Slush Cup Trophy! Closing weekend festivities and live music with on the deck at Totemoff’s. Costumes are encouraged and registration is free.

City of Santa Fe Annual Easter Egg Hunt
April 13, 11:30am sharp | MRC Softball Fields
205 Caja Del Rio Rd, Santa Fe
Bring the kids to hunt over 12,000 eggs, plus candy and toys! Admission is one can of food per participant, open to ages 10 and under. Bags will be provided.

Railyard Park Earth Day Celebration
April 27, 12pm-4pm | Railyard Park
Spend the day in Santa Fe’s award-winning green space and celebrate this year’s National Earth Day theme: Protect Our Species. There will be many interactive activities, including Animal ambassadors from Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary, “Critter Costume making” with a Trash-ion show, organized by Santa Fe High School‘s Green Team, Bike Rodeo and fix-it station from Bike Santa Fe and much more.
